Why do we gather personal information?
Primarily, we gather personal information to allow us to process your order. Secondly, the information you provide will help us to enhance our service, products and your shopping experience by tailoring our site to match
your interests and to inform you of special offers and discounts.
What information do we gather?
Most of the information we collect from you is what we refer
to as basic user information such as, contact information, which includes
the following: your name, email address and zip code. From time to time
we will also ask for optional demographic information, including your
shopping preferences and other interests. This information is voluntary,
of course, but the information you provide us will help us to provide
and create special offers suited specifically for you.
When you purchase wine, we ask for your full name, credit card number with expiration date, billing address and birth date. This information is crucial for processing your order. Because of strict alcohol shipping laws, your birth date is necessary and will help us establish whether you are of legal drinking age.
We take security and privacy issues very seriously. All your information including your credit card and voluntary information that is collected through our web site is encrypted prior to transmission using secure socket (SSL) encryption technology.
Removing Your Contact Information
We will always provide you with the ability to choose what and
how much information you receive from us. We will also give you the option
of removing your contact information from our databases should you decide
you no longer want to receive future communication.
To do so simply email us, or if you have received a newsletter or email
update, you can Unsubscribe by replying to the email with "UNSUBSCRIBE"
as the subject (or following similar directions at the bottom of such
email), or at anytime thereafter.

If you would like to update or correct information previously provided to us, please use the edit function in "my account" or if you prefer, send an e-mail with your new information to:
